To celebrate the first year since they are together, Jules and Jackie take a little vacation they will spend at a lake cottage owned by Jackie’s family. It does not take long, and Jackie begins to show signs of trouble, doing things without asking Jules or talking to her. Jules becomes frustrated and hurt by the lack of communication from her partner, and when she reproaches her, Jackie is unleashed and reacted violently to the point where she tries to kill her. Jules manages to survive the first attempt, and then has to struggle to save himself from the fury of the woman he loves.
