The protagonists of An Inheritance of Death, Macey and Savanna, are two sisters with a business that is a bit dilapidated, therefore, money is one of their biggest concerns all the time. When they find out that their aunt Hilda, a distant relative with a lot of money, is dying, they rush to Hilda’s house to try to get her inheritance. In the minds of the sisters they already see how their future is clarified thanks to the old woman’s money, however, once there, they discover that their cousins Beatrice and Richard have the same plan as them.
