Adaptation of the famous story, based on Carlo Collodi’s book The Adventures of Pinocchio (1883), about a wooden puppet that becomes a real boy and has Geppetto (Roberto Benigni) as a father, a poor and lonely carver of wood. Like any child, Pinocchio is curious about the world and learns by trial and error. In a world between the real and the fantastic, in a rural and timeless Italy, Pinocchio begins a journey that will bring him face to face with nature, the animal kingdom and the world of the imagination.
