After their child died in a horrible accident, the couple formed by Ray and Maggie is totally devastated and after a period of suffering they decide to buy a motel in the middle of the wilderness in the desire to have a new beginning in life . Only Ray begins to notice some strangers and finds clues about the history of a bizarre crime associated with the motel they bought. Seeing one day through the cellar, he finds a space that leads to a mirror wall in a hidden room. As Ray becomes obsessed with the unusual activities that happen, his marriage, mental health and even his own life are beginning to be threatened.
