Guido lives from one day to the next, has an occasional job as a shopkeeper. She spends her days at a bar next to Rina, the new waitress and a neighbor teacher she’s been talking to from time to time. He has a lot of debt he does not know how he’ll pay. When he loses his job and is assaulted by those who owe money he understands that the only way to escape is to work for them. Paradoxically, he becomes a debt collector. Franco is the one who will take Guido’s training. The two men, despite being extremely different, will have to work together.
