New sequel to the Evil Dead saga, in which the separation between the living and the dead is no longer as clear as it used to be. In the first film in the saga, the protagonists were a group of five friends who, with the idea of spending a fun weekend together, go into a Tennessee forest, where they stay in a rustic abandoned cabin. However, the weekend was going to be very different than they had imagined. The young students find a recorder and activate it. Then, voices begin to come out of the recorder reciting passages from an ancient book. These passages will cause some spirits that inhabit the forest to wake up from their lethargy and go towards them.
