After security systems expert Ray Breslin is committed to rescuing the daughter of a wealthy Hong Kong rich who is held captive in a formidable prison in Latvia, Breslin’s own friend becomes her captive. With the passage of time, some evidence is discovered that shows that the man behind these operations is the son of a former friend of Breslin who in the meantime became his enemy. Now, he and his entire team must create a new escape plan and attempt an extremely dangerous rescue mission meant to rescue the hostages before time runs out and confront the enemy sadists.
