Dumbo is a small elephant born in the circus of Max Medici (Danny DeVito). His huge ears quickly make him the laughingstock of everyone except two young children, Joe (Finley Hobbins) and Milly (Nico Parker), the children of Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell), a former circus star who has just returned from war and that you must face the changes of your life while dealing with this little animal. But the life of this tender pachyderm will change when he discovers that precisely thanks to his big ears he can fly. At that moment, the enterprising V.A Vandevere (Michael Keaton) and the aerial acrobat Colette Marchant (Eva Green) will try to turn him into a star.
Adaptation in real action of Dumbo, the classic Disney animation of 1941, based on the children’s book written by Helen Aberson and illustrated by Harold Pearl. Tim Burton (Frankenweenie, Alice in Wonderland) directs this film whose script is in charge of Ehren Kruger (Ghost in the Shell: The soul of the machine). The main cast of the film is formed, among others, by Eva Green (The home of Miss Peregrine for peculiar children), Colin Farrell (The sacrifice of a sacred deer), Danny DeVito (Hung in Philadelphia), Michael Keaton (Spider-Man) : Homecoming), Alan Arkin (A blow with style), DeObia Oparei (Independence Day: Counterattack), Joseph Gatt (Game of thrones) and Sandy Martin (Three announcements in the suburbs), in addition to debutants Finley Hobbins and Nico Parker.
