Seeking to escape her native Nigeria, Aisha is a young woman seeking asylum in Ireland. However, once there she is plunged into a chaos of social services and bureaucracy. With no one by her side and not wanting to sacrifice her integrity to satisfy the demands of the authorities, she finds great support in Conor: a boy who works at her shelter.
Conor is Irish and, like her, has a troubled past. Together they fight to maintain their beautiful friendship, in the face of Aisha’s increasingly serious situation, threatened by imminent deportation.
