In the movie Twisters, almost twenty years have passed since scientists managed to overcome Mother Nature to some extent. Two decades ago, several scientists achieved an impossible mission, collecting a complete data set of a category F5 tornado. Thanks to this data, they created Antheia, a highly advanced natural disaster arrest system. This new invention has managed to save the lives of thousands of people, however, Mother Nature has something prepared to regain her power.
