After being shot in the head, Art the clown comes back to life in a sinister morgue where he murders and preys on the doctor performing his autopsy. Not content with leaving a trail of corpses in the first installment, this psychopathic killer returns to Miles County. Now, he’s targeting a teenage girl with whom he seems to have an uncanny connection (Lauren LaVera). The young woman’s brother seems obsessed with Art’s crimes and is actually willing to dress up as him for Halloween.
Meanwhile, inexplicable events begin to happen and the girl’s closest circle appears murdered in the most brutal way possible. It seems that Art has returned from the dead and is going to turn the festive night of the dead into a massacre full of beheadings, dismemberments and viscera.
